FREE STANDARD SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Deal4U ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Occasionally due to high demand peaks, processing and handling may take a little time before we can ship, we appreciate your patience! Once your product is shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you, typical ETA is 3 to 10 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays and weekends) within Australia.

ETA is 14 to 25 days once shipped for rest of the world. Deal4U is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

HANDLING MANAGEMENT

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the estimated Delivery Dates:

WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 1 week prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

As soon as you place your order you will receive a confirmation email for your order.

This means that we have received your order in our system and authorized your credit card for the purchase.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Your items may come from different warehouses so they may not arrive together in the same package and on the same day.

NOTE: If you do not receive this confirmation email, please check your spam folder to see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

DAMAGE MANAGEMENT

Deal4U is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you are offered insurance, but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. For information regarding refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

RETURN MANAGEMENT

All returns and refunds must be handled via email only. Please email us directly at  support@deal4u.com.au or via the contact form and stating your name, address, order number and details of the problem with your item.
